WE OFFER FREE TRACKED SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

Addresses in the UK & EU: 5-8 days
Addresses in the US & CA: 6-9 days
Rest of World addresses: 7-10 days

 

Please note that while most orders are delivered in these timeframes, they are not guaranteed and may be subject to variation due to external factors.

After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped. Most orders are processed in one working day.

Once your order is shipped we have no control over potential shipping delays like customs processing, holidays or unforeseen events. Please use the tracking number you received to track your order, the tracking data should update within 48hrs.

Some items ship directly from the manufacturer or from different distributors worldwide. You might also receive more than one package if not all items are in stock with us. If different items in your order don't all stock at the same warehouse you might receive multiple packages as well. In such cases packages can arrive at different times.

If you didn't receive your order in a timely fashion, please contact us via the contact form. If you have received your order but notice any issues please contact us as soon as possible as well.

During busier times, such as holiday season, kindly allow for extra processing time.

If an item is not received within 45 days from date of order or item is damaged expect a full refund or another shipment, per your choice.
